# 5.3 網上預約系統

針對零售服務行業需求，STOREBERRY 特設網上預約系統，為商家提供多元的銷售渠道，給予客人更方便順暢的預約體驗。

### **(i) 增加服務項目**

商家可到   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「預約」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「服務」**</mark>   點擊右上方的   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「添加服務」**</mark>   新增服務項目。您可在此設定服務項目的相關資料，如服務內容、定價、預約規則、申請表格等。

### **(ii) 開放及預約時間設定**

成功新增服務項目後，商家可到   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「預約」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「時間表」**</mark>   的   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「公司時間表」**</mark> ，點擊右上方的鉛筆圖示更新門市的營業日期。

完成後可返回
&#x20; <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「時間表」**</mark>  主頁面，點擊
&#x20; <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「新增時間表」**</mark>
&#x20; 或在您想編輯的服務項目右邊，點擊   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「詳情」**</mark> &#x20;
開始編輯。您可在此設定服務項目的開放預約日期及時段、每時段的人數限制等。

### **(iii) 預約管理**

完成所有設置後，商家可到 <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「預約」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「預約」**</mark>   以年 / 日曆形式查看預約情況。

同時您亦可到

&#x20;  頁面，您只需到想查看的預約訂單的右邊點擊  <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「明細」**</mark>  ，即可瀏覽預約詳情，如預約會員、預約服務項目、會員有否出席活動等資料。
