# 5.1 進階會員管理及推薦獎賞系統

STOREBERRY 的進階會員管理系統配備多種會員獎賞制度及一站式自動化功能，商家可到

1. **會員系統開始日期**

您可在此設定會員系統的開始日期。當會員系統開始運作後，所有現有會員及新會員都會轉移至此系統。

2. **會籍更新/到期**

商家可透過此開關切換會員會籍的管理方式。若設定為「手動」，商家需自行審核並更新會員狀態；若切換至「自動」，系統將依據您預設的會籍期限與門檻，自動執行續會或到期降級作業，有效提升會員管理效率。

3. **會員升級**

商家可透過此功能自訂<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員升級」**</mark>的管理流程。若保持<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「手動」**</mark>模式，需由商家自行核對顧客的消費紀錄並手動調整會員等級；若切換為<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「自動」**</mark>模式，系統將於顧客達標時自動為其升級，大幅減少人工審核的時間成本。

4. **憑消費賺取積分**

STOREBERRY 系統支援網店與實體店的會員資料整合。顧客註冊後，可透過<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**消費、生日或會籍升級**</mark>等途徑賺取積分，並於下次購物時折抵現金。

商家可透過「憑消費賺取積分」開關來管理發放機制。若目前設為「暫停」，系統將停止發放消費積分；開啟此功能後，系統即會自動計算並派發點數，有效促進顧客持續回購。

5. **升級後消費額結轉**

商家可透過此功能自訂升級後的消費額計算邏輯。若設定為「暫停」，會員升級後其累積消費金額將歸零重計；若切換為開啟，顧客升級時溢出的消費金額將自動結轉，並累積至下一會員等級的升級門檻中。

6. **退貨時扣除消費額**

開啟此功能後，當顧客辦理商品退貨，系統將會自動從該會員的「累積消費總額」中，精準扣除對應的退款金額。這能確保會員的升級進度與實際消費狀況完全一致。

注意： 此功能<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**與「升級後消費額結轉」連動**</mark>。您必須先開啟「升級後消費額結轉」功能後，方可啟用退貨時扣除消費額的設定。且<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「特快會員升級」與「退貨時扣除消費額」無法同時啟用**</mark>。

7. **會籍有效期**

* 會籍有效期： 設定會員資格的維持時間（例如：12 個月）。若顧客於期限內未達指定消費額，將會被降級。您也可以開啟<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會籍有效期按級別設定」**</mark>，為不同等級的會員制定專屬期限。
* 會員積分到期日： 彈性設定積分過期的規則。您可以選擇<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「特定日期」**</mark>讓所有積分統一歸零，或是跟隨「會籍有效期」到期；更可貼心設定<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「寬限期」**</mark>，讓顧客在到期後的一段時間內仍可使用積分。
* 權限控管（需要管理員用戶認可）： 若開啟此選項，未來在後台手動更改顧客積分時，皆須輸入管理員的帳號密碼進行驗證，保障系統資料安全。

### **(i) 層層疊會員推薦獎賞功能**

讓舊顧客成為您的最強推銷員！透過 STOREBERRY 的會員推薦獎賞功能，商家只需到             <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台 → 「會員系統」 → 「會員系統設定」**</mark>   於左上方選擇    <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員推薦計劃」**</mark>    即可一鍵啟動您的會員推薦計劃。

STOREBERRY 的會員推薦獎賞系統除了為商家提供 1＋1 積分獎賞外，更特設最多可達三層\*的推薦及消費獎賞機制。例子如下：

### **(ii) 會員電子錢包**

會員電子錢包功能讓顧客可透過已儲值的電子錢包隨時隨地一鍵付款下單，除了能為顧客提供更方便的消費體驗，更可大大提升固有顧客群的黏著度，並從中找出真正的忠實會員！

商家只需到    <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統設定」**</mark>    便可即時啟用電子錢包功能，同時設定儲值金的到期日。再透過會員錢包增值功能，提供更多儲值優惠吸引消費者使用電子錢包，便能進一步打造品牌的「熟客生態圈」！

### **(iii) 會籍及會員錢包增值功能**

除了基本會員計劃之外，STOREBERRY 更設有購買會籍及錢包增值功能，助您提供更大誘因吸引顧客預付購物金！商家可到    <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員產品」**</mark>    於右上方點擊   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「新增產品」**</mark>   ，即可增設會籍及增值額等項目供顧客購買，新增方法與上架一般商品大同小異。商家可跟隨指示逐一輸入商品資訊，彈性設置個人化的項目內容：

1）基本資料及產品分類：

商家可透過   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「狀態」**</mark>   選項決定將商品上架或下架，同時亦可在   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「網店」**</mark>   及   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「實體店」**</mark>   選項中，一鍵選擇將商品在網店、實體店、抑或同步上架，而將   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Show」**</mark>   轉為   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Hide」**</mark>   就能將商品從網店 / 實體店中隱藏。然後再逐一輸入相關資料及揀選適當的商品類別。

如商家想新增產品類別，可在   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「產品分類」**</mark>   一欄的右上角點擊   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「管理產品分類」**</mark> ，再於彈出的 「產品分類」 頁面輸入新的產品分類資料。

2）會員限定：

您可在此選擇該產品的購買條件，例如將產品開放給所有顧客抑或僅特定會員級別的顧客瀏覽及購買。

3）優惠與折扣：

如您不希望會籍及增值額等會員產品計算入限時優惠當中，可將適當的按鈕轉為  <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Yes」**</mark>。

4）定價及選項：

商家可在頁面左上方點選   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「定價及選項」**</mark>。 繼續輸入產品的價格及內容，最後點擊   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「保存」**</mark>   即可。

附送會員錢包消費額：\
啟動後系統將自動為已購買的顧客增值指定消費金額，您可在右邊的  <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「錢包消費額」**</mark>  一欄輸入金額數目。

附送會員積分：\
啟動後系統將自動為已購買的顧客增加指定會員積分，您可在右邊的  <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「積分」**</mark>  一欄輸入積分數量。

附送會員等級：\
啟動後系統將自動為已購買的顧客的會員級別提升至指定會員等級，您可在右邊的  <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員等級」**</mark>  一欄選擇指定會員等級。

強制調整會員等級：\
啟動後系統將強制為已購買的顧客的會員級別更改為指定會員等級，不論是升級或降級。

延長會籍有效期：\
啟動後系統將自動延長已購買的顧客的會籍有效期。您可於                                                            <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「STOREBERRY 後台」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統設定」**</mark>   更改會籍有效期。

### **(iv) 會員積分系統**

會員積分制度有助鼓勵顧客透過持續累積消費積分，無間斷消費再回購！商家可於                     <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**STOREBERRY 後台**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統」**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**→**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「會員系統設定」**</mark>   一鍵啟用   <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**\[憑消費賺取積分」**</mark>及<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「兌換 Cash dollar」**</mark> 功能，並設定自家品牌的積分兌換規則及有效日期。再透過搭配積分兌換產品或購物金獎賞(cash dollar)活動，使可輕鬆吸引顧客成為會員，同時提升顧客對品牌的黏著度及忠誠度！

透過 STOREBERRY 進階會員管理系統，商家除了可建立多達 10 層會員等級制度外，更可將會員管理操作自動化！
