# 2.6 法律聲明設定

若商家會出售涉及煙酒類商品，您的網店則須跟從衞生署控煙酒辦公室（控煙酒辦）的指引，以合理及清晰可閱的方式展示訂明通知告示或年齡聲明的規定。商家只需進入

&#x20;，便可在此直接輸入相關法律聲明告示及拒絕訊息，以「彈出式視窗方式」提醒並阻止拒絕接受聲明的顧客進入網站。
