# 1.6 備考テンプレート設定

### **(i)** 備考テンプレートを追加

一般注文備考テンプレート

1）<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">「STOREBERRY 管理画面」</mark>  <mark style="color:purple;">→</mark>  <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">「備考テンプレート」</mark>   へ移動し、右上の  <mark style="color:purple;">「追加」</mark>  をクリックしてください。

2）<mark style="color:purple;">「種類」</mark>  の項目で、<mark style="color:purple;">「通常備考」</mark> を選択してください。

3）テンプレートのタイトル（例：特別な配送指示）を入力してください。

4）テンプレートの内容を入力して  <mark style="color:purple;">「保存」</mark>  をクリックします。注文備考テンプレートの設定が完了すると、POSで顧客の会計を行う際に、<mark style="color:purple;">「注文備考」</mark>  欄にワンクリックで備考テンプレートを記入できるようになります。

3）テンプレートのタイトル（例：目の処方箋）を入力してください。

4）テンプレートの内容を入力します。右側の    <mark style="color:purple;">「カスタムフィールドを追加」</mark>    をクリックして、事前に設定されたカスタムフィールドを選択し、クリックしてテンプレートの内容に追加することができます。最後に、 <mark style="color:purple;">「保存」</mark>   をクリックして設定を完了します。

商品備考テンプレートの設定が完了すると、POSで顧客の会計を行う際に、システムがフィールドの内容に基づいて顧客の関連情報を自動的に入力します。
