# 1.6 Remark Template Settings

## **(i) Add Remark Template**

General Order Remark Template

1）You can go to the <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「STOREBERRY Admin Panel」**</mark> → <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Remark Template」**</mark> and click <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Add」**</mark> at the top right.

2）Select&#x20;<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Normal Remark」**</mark>&#x20;in the&#x20;<mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Type」**</mark> column.

3）Enter the template title (E.g. Special Delivery Instructions).

4）Enter the template content and click <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Save」**</mark> . After successfully setting up the order remark template, you can fill in the <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Order Remarks」**</mark> with the remark template with just one click when you use the POS to checkout for the customer.

**Product Remark Template**

2）Select <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Product Remark」**</mark> in the <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Type」**</mark> column.

3）Enter the template title (E.g. Eye prescriptions).

4）Enter the template content, you can click <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Add Custom Field」**</mark> on the right to select the preset custom fields, and click to add it to the template content. Finally, click <mark style="color:purple;background-color:purple;">**「Save」**</mark> to complete the setting.

After successfully setting up the product remark template, the system will automatically fill in the relevant information of the customer according to the content of the field when you use the POS to check out for the customer.
