# 1.6 備註範本設定
### **(i) 新增備註範本**
**普通/ 一般訂單備註範本**
1）商家可到 **STOREBERRY 後台** → **「備註範本」** 點擊右上方的 **「新增」**
2）在 **「類型」** 一欄選擇
**「普通備註」**
3）輸入範本標題（例如：退換貨須知）。
4）輸入範本內容，然後點擊 **「保存」** 即可。成功設置訂單備註範本後，您便可於使用 POS 為顧客結賬時，在「訂單備忘」位置一鍵加入備註範本。

產品備註範本
1）商家可到 **STOREBERRY 後台** → **「備註範本」** 點擊右上方的 **「新增」** 。
2）在 **「類型」** 一欄選擇 **「產品備註」**
。
3）輸入範本標題（例如：眼鏡度數）。
4）輸入範本內容，您可點擊右方的 **「新增自定義欄位」** 選擇已預先設置的自定義欄位，並點按將其加入範本內容。最後點擊 **「保存」** 即可。\

成功設置產品備註範本後，系統便會在您使用 POS 為顧客結賬時，自動因應欄位內容設定填上顧客的相關資料。
